Counterweight Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 82 702 615 183) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent they apply to us.

What we collect

If you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your building or project. We do not collect personal information from you in any other way through this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, scope and price work, and carry out any engagement that follows. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for marketing lists unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

Our email and hosting providers process enquiries on our behalf so they reach us. Where a project involves other parties, such as a lift contractor, building surveyor or consultant, we share only what is needed to do the work and only with your knowledge.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@counterweightconstruction.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, email us first and we will try to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
